Here's this months assignment for Karin Jurick's
DSFDF. I put it off thinking "oh no, my astigmatism..."
but once I got going I enjoyed the abstract shapes.

Great job on this painting! I love the color choices. I have been procrastinating, trying to decide how to approach this subject. All I can think of is putting the "stay Puff marshmallow man" from "Ghostbusters" in the picture. I decided not to do that:)

I really enjoy this piece. I especially like the way you isolated contiguous yellow elements by surrounding them with cooler, more muted tones. The piece has a wonderful peacefulness about it.
